Standard Reports

Pre-Built Reports

Siebel includes 100+ standard reports covering Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations. These reports are ready to run out-of-the-box with minimal configuration.

Sales Reports

1. Opportunity Pipeline

  • Purpose: View all open opportunities by stage
  • Columns: Account, Opportunity Name, Revenue, Probability, Close Date, Sales Stage, Owner
  • Grouping: By Sales Stage (Prospecting, Qualification, Proposal, Negotiation)
  • Totals: Sum of Revenue, Sum of Weighted Revenue per stage
  • Filters: Date range, territory, rep, probability threshold

2. Win/Loss Analysis

  • Purpose: Compare closed won vs. lost opportunities
  • Metrics: Win rate %, average deal size, sales cycle length
  • Dimensions: By rep, territory, product, competitor

3. Sales Forecast

  • Purpose: Quarterly revenue projection by rep/team
  • Calculation: Weighted pipeline (Revenue × Probability) + Closed Won
  • Comparison: Forecast vs. Quota

4. Activity Summary

  • Purpose: Track sales rep productivity
  • Metrics: # of calls, meetings, emails, demos per rep
  • Time Period: Daily, weekly, monthly

Service Reports

1. Service Request Aging

  • Purpose: Identify overdue service requests
  • Buckets: 0-24 hours, 1-3 days, 4-7 days, 7+ days
  • Status: Open, Pending, In Progress
  • Priority: Critical (red), High (orange), Medium (yellow), Low (green)

2. SLA Compliance

  • Purpose: Track SLA met vs. breached
  • Metrics: % SLA met, average response time, average resolution time
  • Grouping: By severity, agent, team, SR type

3. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Purpose: Survey results and satisfaction scores
  • Rating: 1-5 stars, NPS (Net Promoter Score)
  • Trending: Month-over-month CSAT trends

4. Knowledge Base Usage

  • Purpose: Track KB article views and helpfulness
  • Metrics: Most viewed articles, self-service resolution rate

Marketing Reports

1. Campaign Performance

  • Purpose: ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Metrics: Responses, response rate %, leads generated, cost per lead
  • Channels: Email, SMS, social media, events

2. Lead Conversion Funnel

  • Purpose: Track lead progression through funnel
  • Stages: Lead → Qualified → Opportunity → Closed Won
  • Conversion Rates: % at each stage, drop-off analysis

3. Email Campaign Analytics

  • Purpose: Email marketing performance
  • Metrics: Open rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe rate, bounces

Operational Reports

1. Account Summary

  • Purpose: Account list with key metrics
  • Columns: Account name, revenue, # of contacts, # of opportunities, last activity date
  • Filters: Account type (Prospect, Customer, Partner), industry, location

2. Territory Coverage

  • Purpose: Account distribution across territories
  • Metrics: # of accounts per territory, total revenue per territory
  • Balance Check: Identify under/over-allocated territories

3. Data Quality Report

  • Purpose: Identify incomplete or duplicate records
  • Checks: Missing emails, phone numbers, duplicate accounts

Accessing Standard Reports

Navigation:
  1. Click Reports tab in Siebel UI
  2. Select category: Sales Reports, Service Reports, Marketing Reports
  3. Choose report from list (e.g., "Opportunity Pipeline")
  4. Click Run to execute with default filters
  5. Modify filters (date range, owner) → Click Apply → View updated results
